Sweet Phoebe Strickland is two-time mammary gland cancer survivor, and a true fighter! Kisses from Phoebe :)


Phoebe and her mom Pam spend lots of weekends promoting rescue and sharing her story.  Phoebe manned the "kissing booth" for GRRMF  and lots of money was raised to help fellow puppers in need!
